Human Care

Because He cared for us, we care for others. Human care takes many forms at our congregation, from our Meals on Wheels program for families going through a crisis, to visiting the sick, or bringing flowers to those in hospitals and visiting housebound members. Below is a snapshot of a few current projects at CTK.

Safe Drivers Wanted

Be a blessing to another! Donate some time and a little gas by driving someone in need to a doctor’s appointment. There are people in our congregation and community who are in need of help from someone just like you! If you’d like to help others get to important places contact the office at 727-595-2117.

Care Givers Support Group

Are you the primary caregiver for a loved one or someone in need? This support group is the place for you. It’s an opportunity for you to rest, take a break, and receive encouragement and skills to provide care for someone close to you.

Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels is a way to care for those who are in a time of need. Would you like to prepare a meal for someone who has recently been ill or suffered the loss of a loved one? If so, please contact Sue Hirsh at 596-1502.
